Although the easiest way to describe Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is to discuss the difficulties in focusing, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, it is not that simple. ADHD can impact a lot of your executive functions, including impacts on:

- Emotional Regulation
- Cognitive Flexibility
- Learning from Consequences
- Organization and
- Reconstitution of information.
These challenges not only impact daily life, work, and relationships but also the overall self-perception of ones ability and self-esteem.
How can therapy help with ADHD?
In psychotherapy, we will work together towards identifying your unique challenges. We will work together to create a tailored plan that works for you so you can learn strategies, patterns, and tools that can support you in managing your ADHD effectively. In sessions, we will work on finding your strengths and develop insights into who you are. These will give you the opportunity to recognize your potential and grow towards it.
Online sessions are 60 minutes: where 50 minutes are allocated to discuss your concerns with your therapist, and 10 minutes are allocated for your therapist’s administrative tasks.
Online Individual therapy is $130 + HST/GST
