Anxiety

What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural response to genuine threats. However, it can become hard to manage when it becomes overwhelming and persistent in non-threatening situations. Anxiety can highly interfere with your daily life not only by affecting you mentally but physically as well.
You may experience fear, worry, overthinking, difficulty concentrating, and restlessness. You may also experience body sensations like tension in the chest, muscle tightness in the shoulders and neck, cold hands, shivering, hyperventilation, and fainting.
Anxiety can also lead to Anxiety Attacks or Panic Attacks.
How can therapy help you manage your Anxiety?
Overcoming anxiety and improving your overall well-being is possible. In psychotherapy, we will work together to create a safe space for you to explore the root causes of your anxiety, develop tools and coping strategies to manage it, and gain valuable insights so you may find calm.
