Emotional regulation is the ability to find ways to listen to your emotions, so you can manage discomfort in more effective ways with confidence and success.
How can therapy help with emotional regulation?
Psychotherapy provides you the space to discuss what you’re feeling slowly and safely, clarifying what are the emotions you may be experiencing, noticing them to allow them or adapt them, and finding your personal way to listen clearly to what they are trying to tell you in regards to your needs. Psychotherapy helps you to build on your strengths to improve your emotional understanding developing emotional regulation.

Session's Information
Online sessions are 60 minutes: where 50 minutes are allocated to discuss your concerns with your therapist, and 10 minutes are allocated for your therapist’s administrative tasks.
Online Individual therapy is $130 + HST/GST
